How technology control sex!

Indian government trying hard to bring electricity to every rural area of it country and get them a tv. In the mean time they asking tv station to load up with great program that run all the way to late night. Why? The India government is actually trying to control their population by giving them a great tv program so they will watch until late night and too tired to have sex! Weird but true! India is now second most populated country after China. If they didn’t control it now, they will taking over China population in few years to come.
